This makes me think of when I watched Stand Up!; they used to just try and hop off on trips (with the intention of trying to lose their virginity, lol) all the time. And "Noda" is in that too ;) And Nino!

They do discuss a girl's "first kiss", and I think at that time it's because Yuki has just had hers? (Though that could easily mean, "first real kiss with a boy", because obviously girls practise at those sleepovers with skimpy pj's and pillowfights).

I need to go rewatch a few episodes, learn the characters again, because I want to write it so much. Because that would just be so interesting. You'd have to rely heavily on touch, but I don't know how to get it across on paper.
