OK the homesteading has hit a level that has amazed me... the whole family is taking the beekeeping short course. I have lost 69lbs since march 08. Wednesday I weighed in at 299 and the doctor thinks I will get down to 200-225 in the next year then come up to 232 (why that exact weight I have not a clue)
