That's the date when I had my last cigarette. It's now day four after I stopped. The past few days have been rough, but today I am much calmer. I no longer want to punch the walls out!
Luckily it's an addiction I never developed, but I know nicotine is one of the worst de-toxes there is. Now that you've come through it, try to remember that feeling when the cigarettes call your name.
