Well I'm back and I just want to say that I hate these shifts because they make me feel really bad, like all I can do is think and I have nothing to do, cause if I start reading, I will get more tired, so yeah all I can think about the fact that I am depressed. I shouldn't be. I can understand feeling sad but I feel really sad, like crying, laying
