It's moments like these that remind me why creepy internet people feel so compelled to crap all over Katie for having the nerve -- THE NERVE -- to adopt a dog from Shreveport.
Heh, I was actually thinking about asking you guys if you still feel that decision and all the sacrifice involved was worth it.
I want to adopt him. Also, Mamma Dog is still at Pet Savers. I really secretly want to adopt her instead of moving to Portland after Chad graduates. Like, just go ahead and adopt her, these two, and who knows what else. Just give my life over to these precious little angels.
I'm just glad that there are people here who have hearts, there's a lady out there who stopped, who saw something bad happening and did something about it.
I've seen so many chained dogs. It's worse than seeing a stray, because at least the stray has his freedom.
I know. I want to drive down there and adopt them both so they can stay together.
And yes, Curly Joe is totally worth it -- and more. We love him to little bitty pieces (except for the piece that happens to be an evil shunt) and can't imagine life without him. He belongs here!
