That was a total crock of shit. Hire a lawyer. If you didn't give them permission to search your car then they cant unless they have a good reason to, and from what I heard they didn't.

If it is true that you didn't give them permission then the charges should be dropped. And if they never read you your rights that just means that they can't use anything you said to them against you in court.
