Tonight Claire and I went to Virago, this hip, overpriced, underquality sushi-fusion restaurant. I just had a little dessert and she had a salad. As we sat down a woman approached us, a 40-something black woman, to say that she and her friend were make-up and hair artists looking for people to do up and photograph for their portfolios.
