I get the same feeling round here, despite the fact it doesn't get much below zero I don't think, maybe -10C at worst is my estimate. It makes me feel chilly hearing about your weather. I always feel weird hearing about such extremes as I don't think I could live where you do considering I get asthma over here from the barely cold weather in comparison.

I find that wearing a scarf around my mouth helps prevent the asthma as it warms the air. Kinda hard to breathe through a scarf, but oh well.

The coin has two sides. We'll suffer like whoah in the summer, plus we're on high risk for more wildfires and I usually use the winter to save up for the air conditioning bills in summertime. Hard to do when you still have to run the damn thing in January 0_o
