Oh man, my favourite part is that he's a new Journey fan. Just... I imagine him driving down the highway listening to Don't Stop Believin'... And i find that more hilarious that you could ever understand.
I KNOW, right! It makes me think of The OC (wow, i used to watch that show) and Ryan's love for Journey. Which was hilarious. JOURNEY! It's just always funny.
I remember that episode of Buffy SO well. He says the line "What is that foulness?" and it's the best thing EVER. I love that he doesn't like the spotlight, I wouldn't mind a quiet road trip on the backstreets with him any day!
You know, i think that's the ONE episode of Buffy i've never seen. I remember very vividly too, it was right after i first started watching the show (season two!), and i went to watch that night and my WB reception was SHIT. So i didn't get to see it. And to this day, i have still never seen it. That's what Go Fish is in my mind- The Episode I've Never Seen. Very elusive.
Until this summer it was the one I'd never seen, too! But then my friend bought all of the seasons on DVD and we started a BTVS marathon (which will eventually include every single episode but it's taking us forever), and I finally got to see it! I was bouncing up and down in my seat all "It's Michael Scofield! But younger! And wearing very Michael-appropriate clothing (a turtleneck sweater, which reminded me of his pre-prison preppy, smart guy phase)!" It was a great moment.
Aww, a TURTLENECK! I totally want to see it! (Michael is SUCH a prep, i look forward to seeing him in more normal clothes now that they're out and about. Although the wifebeaters in prison were NOT a bad thing.) Plus, Xander on the swim team, what's not to love? Man, this is making me really miss old school Buffy. :(
