Mal looks so good during that last fixing Serenity montage.

I don't know if i'll ever be able to enjoy the flying through the Reaver and Alliance ships again, knowing what comes next.

I agree, it's really hard to enjoy that scene. Which is sad- it's suspenseful and exciting and beautifully shot and funny as hell, but it will be a long time before I can appreciate that again.

I actually think they did a great job squeezing in little relationship moments that only fans would notice- Jayne passing Simon that jug after Mal's big speech, the way Inara touches Kaylee's shoulder when the arguments are getting really intense, etc.

So I saw Serenity for the first time this afternoon (I KNOW! WORST FAN EVER. It's the downside of going to school in the smallest town ever), so now I can finally read all of your comments. And then DIE. Because....I just...*sputters incoherently*.

Downloading this, obviously, because it's gorgeous and it's Firefly/Serenity and it's MAL.

I can't type anything else without having a fit of agony/bliss. Serenity screws with my emotions. I'm so conflicted right now, it's insane. Conflicted and speechless.

Oh JEEEEEEEZ, the FIRST TIME! I was still traumatized for days after the first time. It has taken a loooong time for the crazy emotional rollercoaster to die down, and i still freak out a lot (thus- a ridiculously long post of thoughts EVERY TIME I SEE THE MOVIE).

Yeah, I'm definitely still in shock. Despite the complete and utter amazingness that is Serenity, whenever I think of the last half of the movie I have this urge to curl up in a ball. Denial is not fun. I don't know how I managed to remain spoiler free until now, but I'm definitely glad I did. (Leaf on the wind. *SOB ( ... )
