I just watched all of The Lizzie Bennet Diaries over the past few days and it's really cute and even though i was spoiled about the Darcy stuff by Tumblr (which is what got me to watch in the first place, as i'm sure has befallen many a poor soul in the past week or so) i still flailed around a lot. i did enjoy her little bit of detective work in this episode.

I get so annoyed when things become unavoidable like that and then i give them a shot and enjoy them immensely. INTERNET!!! *shakes fist* It is legitimately really cute though!

ROBOT NEWSIE.

I will admit that I'd somehow never even heard of this series before (the joys of not having tumblr?), and this sentence is the thing that made me find it and watch the entire thing in two days. TOTALLY WORTH IT. Darcy's suspenders and bowtie are the perfect attire for modern (hipster) Darcy! Fitz is also my new favourite! Urgh, if I still had my Newsies icon this would be the absolute bestest time to use it.

Rainy November days (i.e. today, up here in Canada) are the peeerfect time to re-watch the 2005 P&P. I may need to make time for that tonight while pretending to do stupid laundry and packing!

I think it was Darcy that got me to watch it, too! I remember adding it to Tumblr Savior thinking, "I CARE ABOUT THIS NOW!" When I told my friends about it, I said, "Don't go looking for Darcy! It's better that way!" Gosh, it is just so awkward and so good, and WILL WE EVER SEE FITZ AGAIN (OTHER THAN ON TWITTER), GOSH, I HOPE SO. And, as many people have said, there better be makeouts, because what is the point of modernizing something like this if not so there can be MAKEOUTS? Also, I, too, had a hankering to rewatch the 2005 P&P, and let me tell you, IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA.
