And Ben and Tammy One and Ben and Leslie and RBG and the matching plaid and PRESIDENT LESLIE KNOPE AND FIRST WIFE ANN/FIRST MAN BEN and the keyboard and everything and yes, there should have been more making out, and Jean-Ralphio and EVERYTHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING.
As much as i loved it though i feel like i might enjoy it more upon rewatch because i was SO DISTRACTED by waiting for makeouts and constantly thinking "when are they going to kiss again, why aren't they kissing, go somewhere and kiss some more" so knowing what to expect will... lessen that. And also i still feel a little sick to my stomach tbh because WAAAAAAHHHHHHH THAT ENDING, SO STRESSFUL
It is the worst kind of stressful ending because it's LESLIE'S DREAM, but the consequences! But I just kept telling myself, "THEY'RE NOT HAVING AN AFFAIR, THEY JUST LIIIIIKE EACH OTHER, OKAY." SO, GO HOME, PAWNEE PRESS!

I have had the craziest night of my (old, old, old) TV life tonight and I thank you for this post, because I missed like, 75% of this just staring while processing the other thing. AT LEAST I KNOW I WASN'T IMAGINING THE SAD LACK OF ADDITIONAL MAKE OUTS.
I can't imagine trying to focus on this when you had the other thing on your mind! SEASON FINALES ARE SO HARD TO PROCESS especially without time to switch gears, aggghh
