It's official, then! The Amazing Race is HATED. (it's really too bad so many shitty people end up winning, because i really love the show and so many awesome people have been on it.) :(

Who DIDN'T want Lorelai's dream to come true? It will! Someday! We'll just never see it and can only assume. Which... is... really friggin depressing.

AHAHAHAHHAAHAAAAA I KNOOOOOOW. It isn't fair because their chemistry was never, ever familial! IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN "HEY LET'S MAKE OUT". AND NOW THEY NEVER WILL UNLESS BROADCAST TV SUDDENLY GETS WAY KINKIER. And with no good canon ship options they are basically forcing us to ship weird wrong things! IT DIDN'T HAVE TO BE LIKE THIS.

Boy you should watch this show. :D It's dumb, and yet so entertaining!

BASICALLY, my only exposure to the show is the fact that half the people I know watch it. Also, I've seen the pics of the actors off-stage and sometimes I like to imagine that they're dating. I MEAN, I DIDN'T ACTUALY SAY THAT OUT LOUD...................... RIGHT?

(But yes, downloading Heroes S1 is totally going to be my grad present to myself.)

I don't actually hate Peter/Claire! I love it. But i never intended to ship incest and the show is making it very difficult for me not to. :|

I hardly ever watched GG except for in it's earlier days. Rory/Dean was awesome and I always thought Dean was the ideal bf. Oh, Jared.

Gilmore Girls is one of those shows that I love, but never really talk about. I feel incredibly attached to it. It's never been my favorite show, but I've always kept up with it and I feel oddly protective of the characters. And I've always said the ONE THING I want to see is Luke and Lorelai have a baby. I won't even lie, I am UPSET. I feel like we've been cheated out of seeing that because O LOOK, they wasted this entire season with stupid, dumb Christopher and they wasted last season with magically appearing long-lost daughters.

I mourn for the early seasons. :(

It really is one of those shows that you don't totally obsess over, and then following it for so long you probably don't even really realize how invested you are in all the characters until they LEAVE YOU FOREVER. It completely sucks that they wasted so much time on Lorelai stupidly marrying Christopher. I mean, i'm almost kind of glad that Luke and Lorelai's relationship went so terribly, horribly wrong just because them realizing their mistakes and making up and still being totally in love has been pretty great, but... it means we don't get to see them actually do their relationship RIGHT. BECAUSE WE RAN OUT OF TIME WITH ALL THE DICKING AROUND. Sigh.
