I had to remove the Post Secret community from my friends list. It was full of wrist-slitting emo kids. Did I mention I hate...HATE emos? Don't get me wrong, I am in love with the original Post Secret. Most of them are heart wrenching and interesting, but the emos stole that idea and made it into a bleeding wrist LJ community.

call me a sick freak, but I love those movies. I am excited to see it this week!

we are trying to decide on a Broadway musical to watch. yeah, not my thing. but when in Rome...or New York I should say.

now that I have finished watching Dexter season 1, I'm dying for season 2. In the same way that I watched season 1 of Big Love and totally missed season 2. I swear, those two shows are like crack. mmm...crack.

i will be in New York from November 8-11! I am beyond excited needless to say. all the details are not worked out yet, and I really am not looking to spend a fortune but I probably will.

last night we went to the Melting Pot, and I, of course, drank too much wine like I always do. we had a really cool waitress who is friends with a bartender friend of mine...god, it just felt good to be waited on instead of being the one...waiting.
