JAILBREAKERS DVD on sale May 30th

Ummm, I can't say anything more because my head is going to explode. Seeing JAILBREAKERS was one of the greatest experiences of my life and they're releasing it on DVD and I really should shut up before I go on for the next few hours about how wonderful that play was. It's not even funny how in love with Miyamoto Ginpei I still am. Half a year

I read about it on a blog just now and I was like "She's gonna make a post about it any minute now..." and POOF! :D Yay!!

Yeah. Um. I can't get anything more than simple sentences out. OMG. Just. Um. Yeah. And it's a 2 disc DVD!!! Think of all the extras!!!! This isn't as bad as my spazzing when I found out about the play and that there was a show on my birthday. That time, I cried for about 30 minutes out happiness and disbelief. <---hopelessly in love (^_^)

I thought I was never going to be able to see Ginpei ever again. Not only was it a fantastic play and without a doubt one of Matsuoka's greatest performances, but I really did fall in love with Ginpei. Going to stop here because I forgot this was the comm entry. (I'm going to have to edit this entry later; I sound hysteric.) Will continue to spaz on my personal LJ. (^_^)

This was the first play I had ever seen Matsuoka in. It really was good. Two of my friends went with me in Tokyo, more or less to keep me company, (because it was my birthday too) and they loved it too. I loved it so much I ended up going to all of the Osaka shows (originally planned on just the last one). I cried all four times. (^_^)

I don't think I can really express how happy I am to see that this is coming out on DVD. Every Matsuoka fan in the damn world must own this. I don't even know what they are putting in it. But it's got the play and that is all that matters. Because it was just so damn good. And so 100% Matsuoka, it hurt.

XD preordered. I can't wait to get it!! thankfully cdjapan is pretty speedy with sending stuff so I should get it like within a week after it's released. it's not as good as getting it the day of... but i will take it. i'm seriously so excited! I kept seeing the promotional stuff for this play on mentore and I was sad because I thought I'd never be able to see it!

random, but were you able to see 太陽の船 at all? from everything I heard about it... it sounded crazy lol not to mention I'm wondering what kind of crazy stuff matsuoka ended up doing because I remember when yamamoto kansai was talking bout it and was ALL excited about all the stuff he wanted matsuoka to do and all matsuoka could do was look like O_O;;; lol... not to mention there were alot of people i liked in the cast for that so I was curious if anyone was able to see that.

I wonder if there will be any plays with matsuoka in it while I'm in Japan... that'd be amazing XD

That was fast. (^_^) As much as it's cheaper online, I need things like this the day of (or rather, the day before when they actually go on the shelves).

I went to the KANSAI SUPER SHOW in January. Matsuoka's first job as a 30 year old, didn't want to miss it. Yamamoto Kansai is Yamamoto Kansai. It was a huge festival like thing and the individual bits were great. Matsuoka was having such a blast, his eyes were literally sparkling the whole way through. He looked fantastic. That little bit of beer belly he had after YAOH came off for JAILBREAKERS and then really came off for Taiyo no Fune. Iseya was HOT. Tsuchiya Anna was looking great too. Nagabuchi stretching a 3 minute song into 30 minutes was incredible and his fans were insanely cool. The scale of the entire damn thing was unbelievable. But when it was all put together, I didn't quite see the point. As a whole, I left rather confused. And glad that I only went to one of them. But I am glad that I went. Most likely no subs. And a lot of the jokes only work in Japanese. Although talking to my mom last night, I figured out a way to change one of them into English. (^_^) When I get back into the groove of it, I'll work on a second draft of the first act and start on the second act.

Two DVDs. This is going to be great. Half a year has passed and I still have Ginpei on my keitai wallpaper and as a permanent charm.
