Oh yeah! Now I have 512 kbit/s for 60 grivnyas pre month (12$). I can see YouTube online with don't waiting while it will be loading. So now Poskot has the best inet at Odessa. I am feeling it is the good place to live! Thanks to my inet provider Normaplus (photo below)

Wow it's cheap! And what's about the quality? Is norma a network based on xDSL technology or maybe just an ethernet local one? 'cause other providers offer just about 128 kbits for same money..Maybe 256 at night.

Norma uses local ethernet. Real speed is about 40-50 kb/s, but anyway it is better then 128kbit/s or 256kbit/s.
