I'm not sure I ever said thank you to everyone for the kind thoughts about our Zayne.  It really meant a lot to me.  Losing our little man hurt, but watching him waste away made the whole situation even harder.

Meet Harley, the newest member of the family.

Harley Quinn! I never read the comics, but I loved Harley in the animated series. Look at her wee nose dot and kitten floof! <3

That's really awesome that they liked each other so soon. None of my new introductions went that well. :P It's good that Jarael laid down the law. New babies must respect the senior cat. There's a pecking order, young one. :P

Lin is a big ol' Harley Quinn fanboy, too.

The character Harley was actually created by Paul Dini for the animated series. She became so popular that DC imported her into the comics.

Harley the kitteh may be living up to her comic namesake a little too well, though. LOL

We've had to get on to Jarael the past day or so because she's playing a bit too rough, but Harley doesn't back down from her. Hearing Harley hiss at Jarael (who now weighs 10 lbs) when she's pinned to the floor is amusing. LOL

I did not know that about Harley! Which is itself unsurprising because the animated series is my only exposure to Batman, seriously. I've never seen the original tv show or any of the movies or read any of the comics-but I love the animated series. :P

Nicki, what's your schedule like at the con? I haven't even looked at the actual schedule yet, because I am a bum. :P Anything outside of con hours would be difficult for me because I'm driving my sister and likely my nine-year-old niece each day, but if we can meet up during the con for a while, that'd be great. Let me know if there's any time block you'll specifically be free (or any time where you won't be), and we can work something out.

I'm not really sure what the schedule is, but a meetup during the con should be doable. We'll be at table T39 in the Vendor Hall. As luck would have it, we'll be right across from the 501st/Rebel Legion/Fan Force area.
