Transposing Question

I am slowly going crazy. Oh yes. In a major way. I can not remember how to flipping transpose. My head is sore and I'm getting nail-biting frustrated.

Anyone have any help to offer? I need to transpose from the keys of Bb, G# and Db for my French horn (which is an F instrument).

I'm getting far too old for this.

I think I can help to a point.

The key transpositions from concert key to French horn are:
Concert Bb transposes to F Major
Concert G Major to D Major (I'm not sure what you mean by G# major)
Concert Db transposes to Ab Major

Thank you so much for your help! It is seriously appreciated!

I think most of my trials are because I'm having to transpose from a church hymnal. Well, that coupled with the fact I haven't had to do this for years.
