DragonDictate on the IPhone

Back in my working/PC days I used Dragon Naturally Speaking to dictate many of the memos and e-mails that I created for my job. I am happy to report that the new DragonDictate for the iPhone is as good or better than what I was using 10 years ago.

I had to give up my iphone, AT&T's coverage is just to poor here. Ended up getting myself HTC's Hero through Sprint, which is pretty damn close to the iphone 3G that I had.. actually quite a bit faster on the internet at least I think. Dragon Dictate does sound like a useful program, I used to use a text to speech program to convert text files to mp3's so that I could listen to them while I was at work

Sorry to hear you had to give up your iPhone. I understand the frustration when your 3G network just isn't available or performing. I have to admit I feel spoiled by our Rogers network here in Canada. It is everywhere I need it to be (almost!) and is very fast. I was VERY disappointed in AT&T's network when I was roaming down there. . . it needs work for sure!

it wasn't just their 3G network that was poorly covered, there edge network wasn't very good either, and half the time I couldn't even make a call cause I wouldn't have a signal. ATT's lil commercials they have airing against verizon have to be outright lies, their map shows most of Kansas as covered
