Not good. This is not good. Bruce had come to the absolute wrong realization, and if I didn't know how this story was going to turn out from having read the earlier version, I would be reassuring myself that it's always darkest just before the dawn, and every cloud has a silver lining, and all those other appropriate cliches.

LOL, I know. It's all very distressing. They probably deserve more of a happy ending than the one I gave them, but this is a bit of a weird story...

I can't believe there's only one part left. O_O *shivers* This... development can't be good, though I suppose it's where the story began, isn't it?

Bruce has either got to let go (same for Clark), or he's got to give it up and let himself be happy. Dammit.
