In the midst of all the posturing and aggressive confrontations, you can feel that creeping feeling of something about to go incontrovertibly wrong. Great use of foreshadowing.

And Batman is being such an ass... LOL

Batman is a real ass in this story, and we never really get to see why he deserves Clark's attention at all. I guess the Bat is just lucky like that. ;)

Beautiful cover art.

I laughed out loud at the "big blue butthead"-comment. I love it when they bicker. I love it when you write their bickering.

I also loved the prologue. It was deep, which sounds silly, but it was. You opened with angst there and followed it up with humour here, but all the time there's the knowledge that it's going to spiral into disaster soon. I can't wait!

I love your use of WW as a referee. She'd be able to handle them if things got out of hand, anyway. :p
