I notice that you're not using noms. Is there a particular reason? I recognize a few of the names, but I have to wonder... do you have a problem with the NPL tradition of using noms?
I notice that I'm using civilian names more and more when referring to NPL members. It's not a "problem" with the nom tradition so much as a personal instinct.
I thought it was perhaps because you cross-posted this on Facebook, where people go by their real names. It gets confusing after a while: real name, nom, or lj-user name, the last with the demmed encoding each time. I found that telling my con story in the picture captions of Facebook, with links posted in livejournal, was easier than doing the traditional encoding over here.
I generally call people by their noms except when their real name is one syllable and their nom is a three-syllable non-word. ;)
