Neat! You really captured the sense of each man's hair and lots of the lines and shapes in the photo.
Mr. Linnell has a complicated face to draw, but you're definitely on the right track to a good drawing. :D
I think if you make the bottom of his jaw less rounded, and the outer line of his right cheek flatter, that would make the drawing more like the photo, if that is what you are after?

Oh, and one thing that will make the Linnell face really *look* like him is when you put the shadow in, so don't get discouraged yet. Those two inverted triangles of shadow under his brow? They're as dark as his hair, in fact, and when you get those big triangles in, it will push his eyes back up under his brow alot, and that is part of what his face is all about - big bulbous browridges and dark eyes set back under it.
