Hey people, just posting a quickie. I need your thoughts on how to display this "slideshow" but in a way cooler way. Its too dull right now. Any suggestions would rock, thanks :)

I think it's pretty good. Maybe you don't want to block so much of the jumping picture with the slide show though, so you could move that part down. And instead of having a start and a finish, maybe have the slides continuous, like on a wheel. Still using the orange fade, maybe spread it apart in the middle at the beginning of the show to reveal the first slide, and then it can just keep circling like it already does, only below the picture. I don't like the 'jumping for joy' either, but everything I think of already exists...

I got this in my email and I only read the first part and thought that was it!! *GASP* :P hehehe, but then I scrolled down and quickly realized there was more. Phew! I thought it really did suck for a moment there. Mind you, I like the preloader. I do think the rest sucks... I'll change that tomorrow. Hopefully some thoughts start coming into my mind. Thanks tho aleks :)

I LOVE the preloader. It's adorable... the part that sort of bugs me is the background image. Do you HAVE to use that image? For some reason I don't like it. Maybe its that it's the only stationary picture in the site. I'm not sure...

Also, I agree that "jumping for joy" is not a GREAT phrase... and I also think that it should just appear all at once instead of fading in, you know? I jsut feeling like I'm waiting too long for "the big event." (which is the slide show, in case you're wondering).

Man, I am picky. I'm sorry Tony. It's really a fantastic piece of work! I sure as hell couldn't do it!

Thanks sach. Yeah the preloader is the best part... unfortunately... I'm now dealing with the client on my own cause I ran into some difficulties with Jeff as the middle man. Apparently he doesn't like any of it... :/ Wtf? So now I have to redo it cause I wasn't dealing with him in the first place. Now since I am, I'm going to let him know that he has to tell me exactly what he wants, and when he does, that its final, and any changes that are made will have another charge to them... gah... what a nightmare this one turned out to be... I need a stiff drink...
