They all involve start up costs I can't afford. Plus, I'm not that good at selling stuff. lol

you can actually call the utility companies and tell them that you are thinking about buying a place, give them the address, and they should be able to give you estimates on that kind of stuff. At least they do around here...

Yeah, I know... it's just that even once I know, I'm not sure if I can afford it... and that sucks.

I've done Partylite, which is kind of the same idea... I'm no good at it. I'm no good at getting parties - even one a month.

Plus, no money for start-up costs! Otherwise, I might consider it. Especially if I could continue to get bookings (which is why I stopped Partylite - I'm not very good about seeking out the bookings).
