sounds good... i'm intrigued by CSS even though i haven't heard any of their music yet... if i got a free ride to check 'em out i'd be there for sure!

weird thing is the 1 guy in the band is supposed to be gay, but i don't remember him being at all beefy... i'll have to look into that.

the L7 cover is in great taste for Seattle as well ;O)

i would be disappointed that bonde do role didn't make it either. i really like what little of their music there is to hear so far. i guess some of the early stuff was produced by diplo, since he's so obsessed with favela.

Hmm... looking at photos of the band online, he doesn't look all that 1) cute or 2) beefy. His biceps looked pretty big from where we were standing (could be from drumming and all of the ink). Maybe he just looked beefy in comparison to the size of all the women he was on stage with? We kinda figured he was gay or with one of his bandmates.

Hold out hope! They said they were hitting the festivals in Europe this summer, but they'd be back in the states soon.

Their album did well for SubPop, and they've been getting good press. I wouldn't be surprised to see them opening for someone bigger soon, and chances are they'd hit Vegas :)
