Would you be able to gave me some information about this procedure? I just checked wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lasic#Safety_and_efficacy). Do you know anything that isn't mentioned there? Is it cheaper in Korea than in North America?
My eyes have been progressively worsening since I was sixteen. I think what I am is near-sighted (I can't see far away), but now far away isn't really that far. I can't see Joanne's expression from across a room without my glasses. It would be really nice to be able to see clearly without the frames of my glasses blurring my peripheral vision.

The only thing that I would take into consideration would be how long you'd be sidelined from judo. There's a recovery period of about a month where you're advised against working out - I don't know what the restriction is on contact sports.

I can't wait to get mine zapped. It's always been a pain for me to go to the beach or pool parties because I have to take my lenses out and I can't see anything that's going on without them.
