I think your question sets up a bit of a false dichotomy. I don't see anything at first glance, but that doesn't mean someone else won't. It's a risk of semi abstract images. I'd ask her specifically what parts of the image ink blotted for her, and if even one other person trips on the same thing, slightly adjust the angles/curves/whatever.

At first glance, I saw nothing truly dirty. Then I put my perv goggles on and I can (kind of) see it.

So I will tell you where someone MIGHT see that.

First thought was that the aqua drops look a bit like a twisted panty liner.

If you stretch your imagination, you could see the aqua dots as spread legs with the blue dot lining up for insertion.

When I first looked, I didn't see anything. After reading your question and looking again...the two middle dots could I guess could call to mind breasts. But if you hadn't mentioned inappropriate, I don't think I would have seen/thought that.

For me at first nothing, but if I watch it closely I can be able to see as fairy said or a naked man with spread legs ;) but I really love the design because it remind me the water droplets completely :)

Until I read further down, I hadn't seen anything even close to inappropriate. That was earlier this morning on my phone. I kind of get it, if I squint.

Now, however? Several hours later and in the afternoon? If anything I see an extremely buff person with a small head raising their arms in victory. Now, that's NOT a criticism on your work at all. It's just the results of my mindset.

All of that said, I do love the graphic itself. The colors and the water droplets are simple yet striking. Sometimes, we go into something looking for something wrong, know what I mean? That could have been this person's issue.
