1.) I have been trying to make one of these since the movie was released. So far, epic failage.

2.) I am rusty (and on too much cold medicine.) to do this any justice.

3.) http://www.instructables.com/ Pointing you there, because unlike pintrest, they actually put howtos up. I know I saw a plush Groot ornament and a plush Enterprise. (Not just crochet, though there are plenty of those as well) Honestly, I love the site, it gives me so many ideas.

Oh, most definitely! I love Groot! The one below is under 40k so can be used as an icon on LJ and DW.
