Ooh, she's a quick student! I am glad Maria actually taught her something useful to do in order to relax her muscles.

As for Benedick, he fulfilled his promise to teach her gently.

Lovely! How she turned the tables on him, basically telling him to lie back and think of their House and future (Just lay back and think of England...). I love the twist!

Now get some rest, you've earned it!

I figured if Maria had a happy marriage, which I gave her this time, she would know a few things. ;)

And once that first time was done... she was ready to go sooner than he was expecting. Gave me some great dialogue.

I have read this whole fic, though I admit, the commenting has been lax. I apologize. I have loved every part of it. As I said, Shakespeare isn't my forte, and the language of the time (which you have achieved amazingly. O_O) is hard to understand for me, so it required lots of rereading. Which isn't a bad thing by any means. =D

This part was pretty much made of awesome as is the rest of this fic. =)

I do hope you feel better soon. Have you tried honey and ginger tea for your throat and voice?

Not every bit of Shakespeare is my forte. (For example, I can no longer stand Romeo and Juliet.) And it takes a little translating because not all of those words are still in use.

Thanks. I was urged to not use the syrupy honey and instead find the clumpy stuff. So far... no luck. I have used hot tea and lemon juice, and gargling with warm salt water. I kept having to lie down because I started to feel really tired and even slightly dizzy. And now I suspect I need to see a doctor. :(

This is definitely worth the wait.

I like the slow build, the anticipation of it and I love how Benedick is so in tuned with Beatrice's feelings. I really like how Maria is the one who gives her the advice she needs. I love that she has someone other than Benedick on her side.

I….was not expecting that…in any way shape or form! I love that about fanfic, it never stops surprising you, and you are right, if any pair would have a humdinger of a wedding night, it would be these two! Uh wow. This was better than a trip to the chiropractor or a pilates class for the number of times I tilted my head at funny angles while reading!

Ok I'm gonna come out and admit I am deeply curious about what Maria told her to do on the toilet seat? and if/when you tell me I will use the trick I used in work this week by answering with "ah, I figured as much, but I thought I had better make sure I had it right" which actually meant: "I had no freaking CLUE but I was too darn curious to just pretend like I knew!"

And yup, we could never in a month of Sundays have co-written a scene like this, we could not possibly have it more differently! Honestly it's times like this I wonder why anyone ever likes anything I write because I just can't do this…even remotely! Bravo…and to think you pulled this off while sick!
