Annoying detail about cutting and pasting in LJ

I was noticing that my fics were coming out in larger text than I wrote them in when I pasted them in. But not all of them did that. Finally, I decided to test the "change font" feature. I have those problems occasionally. If it's just a small amount of text that's a different size, I'll just leave it. The main issue I keep on having is when I paste fics in, once I post the entry all the paragraphs I have indented with Word are indented on the post, but it has ntsb; in front of the indentations, and I have to edit and delete all those. Aggravating o the highest power.

I wonder how much is based on what you use to write your stories in vs which operating system you use vs the web browser messing things up by maybe not being up to date.

That is actually a good question. I never had that indentation problem when using Google Chrome on my PC, but when I started using Google Chrome on my MacBook, it happened. I have up to five browsers on both my laptops, Chrome, Safari, IE, Firefox and Opera on my PC, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my Mac. Only Chrome and Firefox let me copy and paste on both platforms.
