Well, I know a few people who had that theory about Amy, so I don't think it is a daft idea at all. [It was probably the reason why Moffat made Amy the mother of River just to spite us]

Amy's gingerness and temperament in many ways could mark as Ten and Donna's child, but Amy is annoying in a way Donna never was (not even in TRB), which means she couldn't be their child. River, on the other hand, is SUPER annoying (we're talking Rose Tyler-level annoying)...

Well, if she wasn't raised by them... ;D Anyway, it's just a pet plot twist of mine. If I could have River be their kid in one fic-verse, why not Amy?

Ooo. Amy and Rory. They're tolerable, Rory more so than Amy. I don't know why Amy bugs me. But in this, I think I'll like her.

I'm excited for Rory's point of view in this. =)

I think that Rory/Amy is the best couple in the canon, period.
and yay! next chapter is about Rory (my favorite character from the Moffat Era). I'm so so so curious to know how River is going to be now that everything changed.

Canon couple, yeah. Wouldn't have been the best one that could've been, but I suppose there's that Moonlighting curse to overcome. (Which has probably hurt Doctor/River as a pairing.)
