12 and NOT wearing a wedding ring? I won't see it happening any time soon :D
Hah, he couldn't remember a paradox, did he forget what he did as 10 in the Library and would that be classed as "removed from memory" because it happened with 2 Doctors present?

I wonder if the 'bint' ever heard what 10 said to her on the beach, she might have been listening to her internal twittering birds...

What would they do (or have done) to keep Donna from burning and the Meta-Crisis Doctor from suffocating?

BMG just commented on that outside of the comments. I can only plead not seeing enough to notice Twelve's ring. My answer is that that ring is something Donna gifted him with, and he's determined to conceal his family from the universe. Which means... keeping his wedding ring hidden with Donna's, but close to his hearts.

Well, that just inspired BMG to comment about a mystery. Someone will likely turn it into a prompt. Because it does invite questions about why Rose as Bad Wolf didn't see a lot of things coming and plan for them.

I assume that they banded together and shunted the extra energy back into the Meta-Crisis.

Would that mean that the Meta-Crisis will be regenerating to get the 2 hearts he needs, with the extra energy?

Rose as Bad Wolf would have been just as dim as her original Human self? After all she "gifted" Jack with immortality.

Probably. What he becomes, I've left to the readers' imaginations.

It's a good an explanation as any. And proof of why some continuity is necessary even on a show like Doctor Who.

I absolutely adored how the Doctor discovered he could click his fingers and open the TARDIS doors! It certainly made me smile. Now if only you could provide actual footage of Rose landing in the sand, my day would be complete. ;)

The ending with the rings is so sweet!! Of course he would cherish the ring Donna gave him above all others.

I had to do it. Comical moment there. :D Well, I'm not that artistically talented. :)

This is definitely one of my favorite stories of yours. The rings made me sad, though. I like to think that Donna, Handy, and Jenny (and all future children, and maybe Luke and Skye Smith) are all living with perception filters while the Doctor(s) go off and have their adventures.

And anytime Rose gets even a small comeuppance for all of her terrible acts makes me giddy. XD

Well, I'd rather that had happened. But... Muse didn't say anything about that. Although I think he'd have an easier time dealing with Missy if he has a family with him. :)

Yes, that was satisfying to write. *evil grin*

"But suddenly it dematerialized around her, and she was still running. She fell forward onto the sand, and face-planted."

Haaaaaa!!!! *gasps for air* Oh my giddy. That was brilliant. =DDDDD

Aww, I love the ending. Him kissing the rings is perfect. Excellent stuff. :DDDDDDDD
