Hah, he couldn't remember a paradox, did he forget what he did as 10 in the Library and would that be classed as "removed from memory" because it happened with 2 Doctors present?
I wonder if the 'bint' ever heard what 10 said to her on the beach, she might have been listening to her internal twittering birds...
What would they do (or have done) to keep Donna from burning and the Meta-Crisis Doctor from suffocating?

Well, that just inspired BMG to comment about a mystery. Someone will likely turn it into a prompt. Because it does invite questions about why Rose as Bad Wolf didn't see a lot of things coming and plan for them.
I assume that they banded together and shunted the extra energy back into the Meta-Crisis.

Rose as Bad Wolf would have been just as dim as her original Human self? After all she "gifted" Jack with immortality.
