I received Nero Liquid TV | TiVo PC as a birthday gift. I am a long time TIVO user and I love it to death. I am also a computer software professional for over 25 years. This is a great concept, but it just doesn't work. It crashes and closes when you try to delete a season pass. You may be able to write them to a DVD, but not in a format that most DVD players can read, so what good is that ? And their technical support is absolutely useless. I think their job description is to stall, annoy, frustrate, and do whatever it takes to make people stop asking them for support. And forget about a refund. They said they won't give a refund unless there is a technical problem with their product - which is exactly why I was asking for the refund in the first place !!!!! Don't waste your time or your money on this product.
