On August 24, 2007 TiVo made a filing with the FCC in which they argue that OCAP, or the OpenCable Platform, is unsuitable for 3rd party bidirectional digital cable consumer electronics devices, such as a possible future TiVo. can I proposed the use of LJ-Cut tags on posts longer than a couple paragraphs? These long entries wreak havoc with my friends page..

Yeah, I agree that the FCC needs to step in and settle this. It's like bickering in the schoolyard, and all we consumers want to see is some progress.
