SPN in Finland

SPN 210, "Hunted" is airing here tonight. This means that we're now 2 months behind US in eps. How did this happen? Whatever happened to good old two years behind?! I'm not complaining , I'm just poleaxed. We'll be getting weekly eps until 213 at least, after that there's no info on the Subtv site.

I've been wondering the same thing. They have to have a break at some point. I thought that usually they buy full seasons...

But how unfair is it that the Finns watching have had a season and a half in one go, without a break? There's a cliffhanger? No worries, new episode next week! Grr.

On the other hand, I wonder if it takes something away from the experience - you don't really have time (or a reason) to come up with complicated guesses of what will happen next. There'd be a lot less fanfic without the break between seasons, that's for sure. And I don't think those people really appreciate Kripke's evilness, either.

It seems Subtv will air (current) season 6 of Smallville all the way through, but it's only starting this coming Sunday and will run until August. It's also without breaks between S5 and S6, though. Weird!

Yeah, I agree. I thought about it a lot after the first season of Lost - I really think people who watched it in one go in a weekend or something missed out on a lot. All the speculation and re-watching and finding hidden little things is just so much fun.
