it is not a philipine's web site. actually not a website. it is somewhere on livejounal's community. kangteuk. if i'm not mistaken. I read fallen angel first then I read other fic and found that all ur fanfic are awesome. hope you can update soon. but don't have too rush.. take ur time and we will be waiting for u.. ^^
