hahah.. Not meant to be. There was someone in particular, but it's a good question in general. When to leave well enough alone? When to let someone be mad? (because they need to be, you need to let them..)

i generally go the route of "delete delete" instead of going in depth into wondering this and that. it's a weird way to deal with things i think--maybe giving ppl actual chances like you do is better lol :) no names, no names....BUT i have to say you are lenient in these matters...much more than me is what i mean
No, you're probably right. For whatever reason, this year (academic year), I feel the need to forgive anyone and everyone. Maybe my brain is just tired of keeping track of who is right and who is wrong. Plus, it's hard to turn the social worker off. lol. hmf.
