Giant sculpture of self-discovery

This was I think part of a longer dream involving sightseeing or the like, but all I remember now is finding a very large sculpture that was meant to be a puzzle by the artist. You could climb on it, and supposedly there was some sort of epiphany you could get for reaching the top... and very few people got up there
