PT test is coming up, so I've been exercising more than usual. If I can judge by last night, I should be able to ace the running part of the test. Unfortunately, if I also judge by last night, I'm going to be throwing up after the run. Ugh. That sucked

Props on your hard core workout. My exercise bike scares the bejeezus out of my chihuahua and when I lay on the floor to stretch he's all *dog pile on mamma!* S'good thing he is only three pounds.

I generally have to lock myself away whenever I'm doing any working out, so I can definitely understand. It's impossible to do sit-ups with pets around. Ugh.
