Yay, I love this story and often reread the last six parts repeatedly. Thank you for the continuation, I look foward to seeing how far Vincent will play in this. :-)

Re-reading this chapter, my heart has to break for poor Cloud. Everything's been happening without pause, and in the shower, it all finally hits him.

His mom's dead. And she won't be coming back.

That's got to be an utterly heartbreaking realization for him, even if, half the time, she wasn't entirely "there" to begin with.

That he just keeps going after all of that happened to him is such a testament to his strength, even as it makes me want to wrap him up in a fuzzy blanket and snuggle him.
