Castiel's Grace was scattered to the cosmos but he left a piece of it in Dean's soul. He uses that to draw the bits of him back together.

Sam's Lucifer hallucinations are the result of a brain tumor. After it's removed, the last thing he remembers is deciding to say yes to Lucifer. Dean refuses to tell Sam what really happened and he and Sam have some quality brotherly bonding time while they're laid up.

I feel that it needs specifying whether brotherly bonding time is here code for 'sex'. :P

Dean gets upset and yells at God, this time God responds. When the boys wake up as teenagers at a boarding school they don't know what to do. But then they meet the other students. Michael, Lucifer, Raphael, Gabriel, Anna, Uriel, Castiel, Rachel and Balthazar. With others that they know as students and staff. (Like: Bobby, Ellen, Jo, Rufus, Adam, John, Mary, ect..) Some of them remember more than others. (Gabriel remembers the most)

The only way to defeat Leviathans is for all of them to work together. But everyone has issues to work through before God will let them graduate.
