There's something unexplainably adorable about Steve McGarrett baking brownies. It could be the smudge of flour on his forehead, or the perplexed look on his face, or maybe the gun still holstered at his hip. Most likely, it's a combination of all three

Delightful! i can't believe you fit so many wonderful images in one little package. The line about the holster had me shaking my head. Totally adorable, and so McGarret. You nailed their banter. The kicker was the ending. I could picture Gracie & Danno together so clearly it was like a bonus fic.

Thank you so much! I wasn't really sure about this since I've never written in this fandom before, so I'm very glad you liked it!! The image of him in the kitchen with his gun still holstered was the first thing that popped into my head and I wrote the rest of the fic around it :P
