KH2 Fic: 'Something' Series IV - Bottle Shards

Apr 13, 2009 18:50

Life keeps sucking. By June I'll have killed someone, I'm fairly certain of that.

But anyway - Something Series. This is the baby that started everything - I wanted it to be more than a PWP piece, then it became a monster. I'll appreciate every single piece of feedback on this fic - not that I don't already, but I'm actively inviting everyone to ( Read more... )

Grunting as he parts his own opening with two blunt fingers, Leon lifts an eyebrow at the vaguely admiring look he receives for his efforts. Cloud holds his waist, thumbing small circles to his hipbones and leaning back to watch with heavy-lidded eyes as the gunblader fingers himself open.

UNF UNF UNF. HOMIGOSH, THIS WAS SO HOT.

I'VE BEEN SO EXCITED EVERYTIME YOU POST A STORY FOR THIS SERIES BECAUSE YOU'RE THE SAME PERSON WHO DID 'HEAT' AND THAT LIKE, MAKES MY LIFE.

APOLOGIES FOR THE ALL-CAPS.

Thank you SO much, it's very important for me to know that. ^^~

These guys strike me as methodical, very role-oriented people - Leon specially, since Cloud is more looking for his role than exercising one. I figure the only way they'd be able to face any sort of relationship is through stabilished tasks for each. ^^'

If I promised you a more coherent comment this time, I lied. Oops.

Fuck, but I love you. XD You are so incredible with characterization and ... well, everything. 8'D This series is officially my favourite. <33

Also, I think my Cleon arc is crying in a corner right about now. Because you are kicking it in the literary balls. Repeatedly.

Coherence is overrated, anyway, right? ^^~~~~~ Thanks a lot. ♥

I'm so glad to know that you think so. I really do worry like crazy about characterization, so it's great to know it shows through.

And hey, I can hardly reply to that - though I sincerely doubt the truth of that statement, good sir - since I haven't read you arc to draw my own conclusions. Is there any linkage availble? Sorry for being lazy ass and not going after it myself, I'm on the clock right now...

And thanks once more! ^^~

Hmm. I tried to reply to this from school, but apparently that didn't work. :/

It's so ironic that all the fanvomits think they write IC, and then people like you who are amazing WORRY about characterization. XD

My arc is over here.

Not to sound too cocky - though probably doing so anyway - but perhaps my fanwork reads nicely because I worry like a junkie on abstinence about characterization? If I just wrote the ideas that strike me first and let that be, I'd produce a truckload of crap, believe me on that. The ideas just become okay after I stop and try and see them through the character's eyes - that's what I feel that's missing on most weak CLC (and any other pairing) fic out there. People write these wonderful characters through their own world perspective - of course an author can't completely escape from their own eyes, but trying is the real fun challenge in writing, as far as I see it.

And I'm rambling while I should be reading your arc. I hope I haven't sounded too patronizing nor anything - I hardly think I'm the best CLC author out there, not by a long stretch. Anyway, expect a review from me soon ^^~

Pretty warrior boys, fucked up situations, depressing mood, hot sex included, what more does a yaoi loving girl want? This is great and I really wish I had more words to describe what I like best and what gave me those nice little shivers while reading and made me nearly drool on my notebook. Your writing style, your characterisation, the situation and mood you create really go deep under my skin. Well, I hope it is okay for me to ad you as a friend so I can see when an update comes. I hope your muses will also be productive in the future, because there are definitely not enough good Cloud/Leon fics out there.
