Oh wow, I've been wanting something like this for a while... I will definitely use this on my fic journal (chaoticempath). If you could send the codes there, that'd be great. (I'll check my settings and make sure the PM goes thru for you to save you time/hassle)

By the way, I'm wondering where and how to check the settings for the message privacy options. :( Mine is set to private and I'd really like it if I could set it to public or something.

From what I could tell, it works by the comment settings of your LJ - if you have it set to friends-only, then only your friends can PM you, and if you have it set as 'registered users' (as I did) then you can have anyone PM you who is a registered user...

And yes, I got it thank you ever so much. I'm going to go and change it all now. <3333 (and yeah, I am fine with your rules. :))
