Lost and found
The extremely unpleasant drumming that tried to drill out of his skull started as soon as he roused to consciousness. He groaned as he moved his sluggish body to sit, his sour breath told him that he had seriously indulged himself with the gallons of free booze at the birthday bash last night.
Damn. Hope omma didn’t see me in this state when I got in last night.
Donghae rubbed the last trace of sleep from his eyes and froze.
Wait.
The furniture, they’re not his. Why is there an open old fashioned bathtub in his room? And since when did he have a queen size bed with white silken bedspread?
Fuck. I’m in a love hotel.
Donghae slowly lifted the white silk that covered the rest of his body taking a peep under it. He was as naked as a newborn baby.
Fuck. I just scored and I didn’t even know it!
Inexplicable incredulity coursed through his mind right then.
I’m no longer a virgin!
That’s when he noticed a brown stain near where he was clutching the sheet. It suspiciously looked like dried blood to him. He grinned and bounced with excitement to that crucial evidence hovering inches over it and whiffed. His body sang with joy.
My girl was a virgin too!
But the happiness was short lived when he realized a nanosecond later that he was all alone in the room. There wasn’t even a trace of the mystery girl that he had slept with. Not even a hint of who she was.
Donghae sighed, deflating like a balloon that was slowly running out of air thinking all sorts of thoughts concluding why the girl had left. He groaned. His thoughts kept coming back to one reason. He sucked in bed.
But that was no reason to be irresponsible! No, he definitely needed to find this mysterious girl and take responsibility. Having that in mind, Donghae got off the bed and got dressed leaving the room with a mission.

Six days later of unfruitful searching.
Donghae stood in front of the notice board with a broad and pleased smile, staring at the note he had tacked on it. He had woken up especially early just for this and was pretty certain that whoever he had slept with will notice it.
“Yah! Lee Donghae! What are you doing there?”
Donghae cringed at the high pitched voice but was too late to make his escape as the shorter year two boy made an instant appearance by his side glaring suspiciously at him through his thick black rimmed glasses and turned to the notice board his eyes searching for anything out of the ordinary. The effects were instantaneous, the greasy haired geek spluttered indignantly.
“You can’t put this up!” Ryeowook shrieked jabbing at the scented lavender paper completed with hearts brutally.
“Hey stop that!” Donghae yelped slapping the tiny wrist away and smoothed the paper in case there were creases from the abuse.
“Take it down Lee Donghae! This is Neul Paran High notice board! On a ‘lost and found’ space at that! You can’t put up stuff like this. It’s ridiculous!” he screeched.
“No way! How am I going to find my first love if I don’t do this?” Donghae screeched back and cleared his throat. What am I doing screaming early in the morning?
“First love?” Ryeowook said eyes growing larger magnified behind the thick lenses.
“Yeah, first love. I sl - ”
“I don’t want to hear it!” Ryeowook squeaked clapping his hands over his ears suddenly looking horrified. “Besides, he might -”
“He?”
“I meant SHE! She might not even attend this school so you will have to take that down!” Ryeowook’s squeaks quickly escalated into a screech again.
“Of course she attends Neul Paran. Everyone that came to the party is from Neul Paran,” he rebutted calmly trying not to fall into another screaming match and added not quite so silently with a smirk on his face. “Not that you’d know. You weren’t invited.”
“I - I was invited,” Ryeowook stuttered his face flushing red.
“Don’t lie. Even if you did go to the party, it was Shiwon’s invitation wasn’t it. He didn’t want to go and dumped it on you,” the younger boy had turned even redder if possible now that he had caught him and Donghae sniggered walking away feeling utterly satisfied. Besides, who in their right mind would invite a right stick in the mud?
Ryeowook glared after the older boy. That jerk! He whipped back to the notice board.
To my little virgin,
Why did you leave? Come back I want to see you.
You should know who you are.
P.S: Do you like me?
“Like that’s ever going to happen,” Ryeowook huffed ripping the awful smelling love note from the notice board leaving it pristine again and stalked away.

To the person who left this note,
I like you, I like you, I like you!
Not!
If you don’t remember me than you should just forget it!
Donghae’s shoulders would have drooped to the floor if it was possible. He felt extremely disappointed as he ripped the notice from the board and very disgusted with himself for not remembering who the girl was. Now he really had lost her for good.
“Yah! Lee Donghae! You skipped on our science project yesterday. You can’t expect me to do all the work you know.”
Donghae turned rather dejectedly to Ryeowook’s annoying voice and answered him, “Oh, I had dance practice after school yesterday. Come to think of it, there’s one after school too.”
“Are your dance practices more important than your grades?” the smaller boy asked shrilly his brows creasing into a frown and shoved a piece of paper into his hands.
“I don’t care. You better come over to my house after school. We’re not even half complete because you’re always so busy and we’re supposed to hand it in by Monday for God sake!” he ranted on getting hysterical with every syllable.
A grin cracked unintentionally across his face watching the younger boy so harassed that a few oily strands of hair which usually stayed plastered onto his head sprang up from being too agitated.
“Don’t hyper ventilate on me,” Donghae couldn’t resist teasing him when actually he was quite irritated at being nagged by a younger person. “I’ll be there. I promise.”
Ryeowook seemed to calm a little as he smoothed his hair back to normalcy before nodding haughtily at the promise and spun around marching away to do whatever he had to do at the student council.
Donghae stuck out his tongue at the departing back maturely. He could have at least said a ‘see you later’ or something. That bootlicking puppy. He cursed his teacher for pairing him up with that geek. Why was he even taking a year three subject anyway?
“Show off,” he grumbled to himself already seeing a long day ahead of him and joined the throngs of students getting to their classes when the school bell chimed.

Donghae pressed the doorbell as soon as he found the apartment.
“Who’s there?” a chirpy voice reached him through the intercom a minute later.
“Anyeong haseyo ommonim, I’m Donghae, Ryeowook’s classmate. We’re supposed to do our project together today,” he explained. The door in front of him clicked opened a moment after and he was greeted by a homely middle aged woman, smiling cheerfully as she welcomed him into her home.
“I’m sorry Ryeowook isn’t home right now. I sent him on an errand but he’ll be back shortly,” she told him and disappeared into the kitchen leaving him standing awkwardly in the living room. He didn’t have to wait long though. Ryeowook’s mother came back carrying a tray laden with two glasses and a jug of juice.
“He told me to send you to his room so you could start without him,” she smiled apologetically.
“That’s alright ommonim,” Donghae said, trailing along behind her to a bedroom while his mind ranted what a slave driver her son was.
They entered the bright room and she beamed around at him, speaking again after settling the tray on a side table by the bed, “You make yourself at home okay Donghae. He’ll be back soon enough.”
“Okay ommonim,” he replied. Ryeowook’s mother smiled again and bustled out of the room closing the door after her.
Donghae grabbed a swiveling chair and straddled it, wheeling it round and round studying the room with a mild interest. It was clean. Too clean to the point of being unnatural he thought, comparing it to his bedroom which was rather messy that his omma had abandoned all hope of it ever being clean again.
The bedspread looked like it had been ironed and the stuff toys alongside it were lined according to height. His wardrobe gleamed white. So was the matching study table pushed against the light blue wall, the thick books on top of it were neatly arranged accordingly in alphabetical order. His eyes zoned onto a post it on a spine of a thick text.
“What a pain,” Donghae sighed pulling the book from its lineup and flipped the pages opened to where it was marked, squawking bewilderedly at the many highlighted lines. Donghae sighed again and started digging his bag to start working when the door flung opened. Ryeowook had stumbled in startling him with a frightening crash.
“Aish! What are you doing you moron?” he almost yelled alarmed at the spectacular entrance rushing to the boy who lay sprawled on the floor. “Yah, you’re not dead right?”
“Don’t curse me. It’s bad enough that I nearly died while getting home,” his groans sounding muffled from lying face down.
“What happened?” Donghae asked watching Ryeowook slowly brought his knees under him.
“Some jerk bumped into me and broke my glasses. Now I’m totally blind!” he grumbled finally raising his head and settled on his haunches. “Can you help me to my chair please?”
Donghae blinked foolishly at the face that was looking in his general direction. Ryeowook looked very different than he normally was at school. His hair was a bit longer than he thought it would be, looking acceptably stylish now that it was windswept and free from that evil grease. The shape of his face was even more refined at the absence of those hideous glasses and -
“Yah, Lee Donghae.”
“Ah, mianhe,” Donghae apologized and quickly pulled him to his feet and led him to the chair he had just vacated. A fruity smell that had infiltrated his olfactory nerves while he guided Ryeowook into the chair sent his head rushing. Series of distorted images flashed through his mind, cacophony sounds of music and chattering sounded far away in his ears.
What the hell? He thought fuzzily shaking his head to clear off the turbid recollection subsequently noticing Ryeowook rummaging a drawer blindly and took out a green colored lenses case along with a small bottle of the solution.
“What are you doing?” Donghae asked incredulously watching Ryeowook trying to pour the solution on a lens which he kept on missing, slowly drenching the rug with it.
“What does it looks like I’m doing?” he snapped waspishly trying once again and failed. “Arghh! I should have never listened to my omma and bought those glasses instead of these stupid things!”
“Relax will you,” Donghae grinned amused watching the younger boy losing his temper and drew even closer still, the fruity smell making him heady again.
Had he always smell this good? Donghae shook his head again puzzled at why he was that intoxicated when the smell wasn’t even that strong.
“Give me that,” he instructed. “I’ll put it in for you.”
Ryeowook drew away squinting suspiciously at him, “are your hands clean?”
Donghae rolled his eyes impatiently and snatched the dainty lens away, “yes, now shut up and let me do it.”
The younger boy flushed a becoming pink lifting his chin with hesitation and tilted his head back, silently giving in to the command. Donghae smirked triumphantly. He gently pulled the soft eyelid upwards placing the lens carefully onto his cornea.
After repeating the procedure with as much caution he stood back feeling rather accomplished and said quite smugly, “see, it wasn’t all that hard w - ”
Rewind ….
His mind no matter how inebriated, knew that the boy who was dancing alone in the middle of the living room amidst the lumps of body scattered drunk all over the floor, was a beautiful creature.
His eyes lingered on those gorgeous hips that swayed enticingly to the music blaring loudly from somewhere lost in his own world.
Donghae launched forwards like a hunter hunting its prey or more like treading haphazardly onto people’s hands and foot not taking note of the strangled yelps or curses that flew every steps his unsteady feet landed to make that journey across the room.
The gratification of having the boy’s back flushed against his chest was sweet. It was as sweet as the fruity smell that wafted alluringly from that smooth milky neck. Something that tasted equally good, running the tip of his tongue across the base of his it.
The boy purred languidly throwing his head back and slid up a slim arm, his fingers burying into the soft curls drawing Donghae closer. Embolden by the response. Donghae ran his thumb up the lithe body and down his sides eliciting a so damn sexy laughter, his fluid body teasing him a challenge.
Donghae spun him around letting the smaller boy crash into him. The hot breath against his collar bone felt delicious and the room felt hotter still when he started dancing again prompting him to follow his beat. He fell into his rhythm easily, clutching fiercely onto the heated moisten flesh he had stolen under the too big top he was wearing. His other hand fanned across the small of his back, moving slowly southward palming the shape of his bum in those tight skinnies, lowering even further to the back of his thigh and hooked the leg around his waist.
The quickening of his breath against his own slick skin exhilarated him just as much as their writhing bodies fed off each other. He needed to get closer.
“You want to go somewhere else?” Donghae whispered nipping the edge of his earlobe. The boy looked up revealing such pretty eyes looking dazedly up at him.
“If you want to.”
Forward. . .
Donghae stared down at the same pretty eyes blinking up at him trying to adjust his sights to the contact lenses that he had personally helped put in.
“Oh. My. God,” he said unbelievably bending low and caged one puzzled Ryeowook within his arms, peering closer to his face. The younger boy flushed pink and tried to push him away but being at a disadvantage, Donghae easily pinned his wrist onto the armrest of the chair he was sitting in.
“Yah! What’s the big idea?” Ryeowook said hotly, this time the flush coloring his high cheekbones were out of frustration and gasped surprised when Donghae swiftly lowered his head to the side of his neck sniffing hard before returning to stare at him again.
“What are you doing?” Ryeowook whispered his eyes widening and panicked with every second his face inched closer.
“I’m going to refresh my memory,” Donghae replied and kissed him before a protest could form on the others lips, stealing into the cavern of his warm mouth. Every single detail of their first night came flooding back with every frenzied stroke of their tongues fused and dueled.
The fiery kisses eventually melted, their pace slowing down with familiarity etched and Donghae licked one last taste grinning down happily to an equally happy Ryeowook.
“I found you.”
The End ….
