It took little non-native speaker me a moment to figure out what you meant with an electric heater (still not entirely sure if what I'm thinking of is the exact same thing as what you mean). Well, whatever they are, I don't have any. :D My apartment is happily warm enough that even with -30°C (about the coldest it'll get most winters) outside I still keep a window open most of the time. Stupid radiator in the kitchen is broken, it's either cold or blisteringly hot so opening the window is really the only way to go (also the cats don't escape from the kitchen window). My old house was all heated with electricity though. Sucked in the winter when the electricity went out at the really cold times, I prefer my home above freezing.
