i. I've been obsessively tracking the je_wish meme. (not jewish which i accidentally tweeted a day or two ago which lead to some confusion and all around LOLs.) Dan/Blair: coffee

Dan stares at his cup for a long moment before he drags his eyes back up to Blair. She watches him with a faint smile, hands tucked underneath her chin. "So?" she asks.

"Um," he says before he braces himself, picking up the cup and slowly tipping its contents into his mouth. A second later, after he gets over the initial heat that comes from a cup of coffee, he murmurs his approval. "That was good."

Blair's eyes light up. "I knew you'd think so!" She laughs before sitting back in her chair. "And here you thought I couldn't get a decent cup of coffee."

Dan shrugs. "I guess I shouldn't underestimate Blair Waldorf."

"The last time you did that, you regretted it," Blair practically sing-songs.

"I seem to remember that differently," Dan says, a smile on his lips. He takes a sip and then another before it hits him. "You know, this tastes really familiar."

Blair stares at him before huffing, "This is just a sign that you have no taste buds if you think something of mine would taste familiar"No, I'm pretty sure." Dan takes another sip ( ... )
