This is my piece for Big Damn Fest, a monthlong celebration of the works of Joss Whedon. Today was my day and the BtVS episode "Phases" was the episode I chose to celebrate. This is lovely! Very believable friendly moment between these two.

As for Buffy and Oz, they seem to be in the air... they turned into a couple in my last fic. Boy was I surprised.

I have a hard time seeing Buffy and Oz as a couple, mostly because I have a hard time shipping Oz with anyone but Willow, but I love them as friends. I can see how other people might ship them, but it doesn't really work for me.

Very cool. Oz is a character I've never tried to write, and seems like he'd be one of the most difficult to do well, and I really admire how you really nail him.

Thank you so much! Oz is definitely tricky to write, but I find him a lot of fun to write because he's so challenging. I'm glad to hear that my Oz voice worked!
