That was a very missing scene that should be immediately inserted into the episode.
That episode made my fangirl heart sink a little bit, but this lifted it back up. Thanks!

Lol, if I had any control over Doctor Who I'd write something which went more along the lines of:

Doctor: I love Rose!
Donna: I know, I know
Rose: Surprise!
Doctor: Yay!
Donna: I'll leave you two alone
Rose/Doctor: *kisses*

DT and BP are so good I have no doubt they'd make even this simple script fantastic :D
